3 types of Pancakes and a S'mores Snack mix

Our kids are all home sick from school so what better way to start the day then to have pancakes. We made a few different kinds today.

All pancakes were made using Hungry Jack's Wheat Blend Mix (choose the recipe that makes around 16 pancakes.) you just add water.

Next divide the mix into three bowls.  Each bowl will be a different flavor of pancake.

Blueberry Pancakes:
1/3 of the hungry Jack mix
1 cup fresh blueberries
honey cream to use as a butter on top
blueberry syrup

Pecan Honey Pancakes:
1/3 of the hungry Jack mix
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup whole pecans
honey cream to use as a butter on top
Fresh honey to drizzle instead of syrup

S'more Pancakes:
1/3 of the hungry Jack mix
1/2 cup of s'more snack mix (see recipe that follows)
honey cream to use as a butter on top
Real Maple Syrup to drizzle on top

S'more Snack Mix-
equal parts of golden graham cereal, mini white chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, mini mini marshmallows (the really tiny ones).
Mix it all together and you're done.
It's a great treat for camping, and for pancakes while camping.

Cook all the pancakes on a griddle, flip when golden brown on the bottom
