Crumbled up in Blue Summer Salad

This is the perfect quick and easy salad for summer it combines fresh fruit with creamy blue cheese and the crunch of bacon and walnuts.

Romaine Lettuce
Crumbled Blue Cheese (creamy if you can find it)
Raspberries (I halved them)
Crumbled Bacon
Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Fill a large Salad Bowl with Romaine Lettuce, layer crumbled bacon, crumbled blue cheese, raspberries, walnuts.
Toss to mix, and drizzle with Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Tip: To make this salad quick buy the pre-cooked bacon, just a quick zap in the microwave and you are good to go.
